Near Tokachigawa Onsen, there are events that can only be experienced at Tokachigawa Onsen, which abounds with originality for each of the 4 seasons throughout the year.
Sairinka is a festival based on the theme of the more than 1,000 white swans that fly to Tokachigawa Onsen every year. Various attractions, such as the laser show and an illumination of about 667 light bulbs and LEDs, charm the visiting tourists. This festival is held over about a month at the end of January each year. A fantastical forest of lights created at night in the snowy plains delights the eyes of the approximately 50,000 visitors.

The lights from the fireflies raised in Moor Hot Spring light up the short summers in Tokachigawa Onsen. The fireflies, who disappeared at one point due to the development of the city, came back when the "Seseragi" water source using the hot spring was created. At the "Seseragi" within Tokachigaoka Park where fireflies gather, there is a firefly viewing for about 2 weeks in early July. The summer night scene where fireflies light up the sky is a very fantastical sight.

Also, celebrating the autumn harvest, jack-o'-lantern carving experiences using pumpkins are offered, allowing a Halloween unique to Tokachi to be enjoyed.
