Tokachigawa swan festival “Sairinka.”

A fantastic show of lights and sounds in the freezing silvery white and under twinkling stars. In addition to activities such as snow rafting and snow-sliding, enjoy Otofuke's original gourmet food in the plastic greenhouse-type food court where you can warm yourself.
