Let’s celebrate the fall harvest! Tokachi Halloween

This event celebrates the fall harvest and fertility, which well suits “Tokachi, the agricultural kingdom.” At Tokachi’s original Halloween, you can enjoy the food festival with seasonal tastes, and can carve your own Jack-o’ Lantern (from a pumpkin).
